EU REACH SVHC Candidate List
REACH requires suppliers to inform recipients if an article contains more than 0.1% (by weight per article) of any substance(s) on the candidate list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). Based on the European Court of Justice (ECJ) ruling on September 10, 2015, each component of a complex product is considered as an article. To the best of our knowledge, except for the five SVHC listed in ...Attachment 1, the other SVHC are not present above 0.1% by weight in any article of Intel’s products.
