For firmware updates and troubleshooting tips
Note
- OFU utility with the flashupdt tool doesn't support DCPMM FW update. Update first core FW (BMC, BIOS, ME, and FRUSDR) before to update DCPMM DIMMs FW.
- To update DCPMM DIMMs FW using this SFUP package, you need to use the package installation, prerequisites, and scripts from the readme file.
- The feature to update DCPMM DIMMs FW isn't supported on WinPE since DCPMM software (required for DCPMM DIMMs firmware update) doesn't have support on WinPE.
- Only Windows Server 2019* and SLES* 15 are supported to update DCPMM FW using this package.
Additional notes
- Refer first to the Release Notes for detailed information on installation instructions, supported hardware, what's new, bug fixes, and known issues before starting the firmware update.
